ShortMax distribution hub
ShortMax distribution: 50% CPS, written settlement terms.
We run a ShortMax distribution team as an authorized partner. This page puts the terms in writing — commission basis, payout rhythm, reconciliation, and payment — then shows the math and the joining steps. No hype, no screenshots of other people's dashboards.
Settlement terms (written version)
These are the terms our team settles on. They are also what you get confirmed in writing when you register — nothing on this page is "typical results" or a projection.
| Item | Term | What it means |
|---|---|---|
| Commission basis | 50% CPS on referred spending inside the app | Recurring while the referred viewer keeps paying |
| Who settles you | Our team, monthly | You do not deal with the platform's operator dashboard directly |
| Payout rhythm | Monthly — settled by the 10th for the previous calendar month | One cycle, no waiting for quarterly windows |
| Minimum payout | None — every month settles, even small amounts | No threshold holding your balance hostage |
| Reporting basis | The program dashboard's previous-month report, shared with you for reconciliation | You see the same numbers we settle against |
| Payment method | PayPal — your account confirmed in writing before the first payout | No surprises about where money lands |
Comparison, if you are also looking at other programs: ReelShort's own program settles you platform-direct, which is covered in how short drama affiliate programs work.
How the 50% works — the math, not the hype
These are arithmetic examples of the split, not income projections. The variable that decides everything is retention: a referred viewer who stops watching stops producing.
One subscriber who keeps paying
They spend $10/month inside the app → your 50% share is $5/month, every month they stay active.
Ten active viewers averaging $15/month
$150 monthly spend → your share is $75/month — as long as retention holds.
Forty active viewers at $15/month
$600 monthly spend → your share is $300/month. This is what a stable clip-publishing routine can compound toward — retention decides, not a single signup.
Model your revenue on retention, not on a single signup. The mechanics behind that statement are in how short drama affiliate programs work and the tracking details in affiliate tracking and attribution.

Four steps, and none of them involve paying anything. If a "program" asks you to buy in first, walk away — that is not distribution, that is a reseller funnel.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 50% CPS rate guaranteed?
The 50% rate is the current written term of our team program. Like any partner program, terms can be revised — but revisions are announced before they take effect, never applied retroactively to a settled month.
What does "referred spending" include?
Spending by viewers who installed and paid inside the app through your attached code. The dashboard report breaks down the previous month per code, which is what we reconcile against.
Do I need existing followers to join?
No, but you need a channel where you can actually publish: a TikTok account, a YouTube channel, a page, or a community. Volume matters less than consistency — three clips a week beats one viral hit.
How is this different from ReelShort's affiliate program?
ReelShort settles you directly through its own program; ShortMax team distribution settles through us. If you want platform-direct settlement, ReelShort's program fits better. If you want a single written term sheet and a human reconciling your numbers, this does.
